Your Questions, Answered
What is the Nubella CloudRide™ designed for?
It's a full-body, J-shaped velvet pillow made for passengers on long drives. The curved end cradles your head and neck, and the long body gives your arms and torso something soft to hug, so you can recline and rest like you're in bed.
Will it fit my car?
Yes. At 40.5 × 19.7 in (103 × 50 cm) it fits standard passenger seats in sedans, SUVs, trucks and minivans.
Is it really that soft?
Absolutely. It's covered in plush velvet-touch fabric with generous fiber filling: soft enough to nap on, supportive enough to keep your neck comfortable.
Can I use it at home too?
Of course! It's just as cozy on the couch, for reading in bed or for movie nights.
Is it safe to use while the car is moving?
Always keep your seat belt correctly fastened across your chest and lap, and make sure the pillow never sits between you and the belt. Follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance when reclining your seat.
Is it suitable for pregnant women?
Many expecting moms love it for resting at home. When traveling, keep your seat belt correctly positioned and check with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry completely.
What if I don't love it?
You're covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Just contact us and we'll help you with a return and a full refund according to our refund policy.
